Nigel Xu is a New York–based architectural designer and project manager working across architecture, construction, and retail environments. His experience spans concept design through construction administration and project delivery, with previous experience at Shigeru Ban Architects, Morphosis Architects, Rogers Partners, and LiRo-Hill. Education background includes a BFA from Parsons and an M. Arch from USC.
Recent Work
Modernization of the historic Manhattan Municipal Building, integrating upgraded elevator lobbies, interiors, lighting, and life-safety systems within a landmarked civic environment. The project balances contemporary performance requirements with preservation of the building’s architectural character.
