‘A’ Chair examines the chair as both a functional sitting device and a sculptural object. An A-frame forms its primary structural system, using triangular geometry to support the weight of the human body while defining the chair’s silhouette. Crafted from recycled walnut, finished with coconut oil, and assembled entirely with Domino joints without visible fasteners, the design reduces the chair to an expression of structure, material, and craft.
